The application offers an efficient solution for easily cutting out and compositing photos, changing backgrounds, and applying effects. It provides multiple tools for cutouts, including an automatic tool where you can simply circle the object to be cut out and create a sticker from any photo. Additionally, there are various manual selection tools available, such as Lasso, instant alpha, and eraser, if the automatic cutout tool doesn't produce satisfactory results. The newly introduced "Hair Refine" and "Edge Refine" tools further enhance the selection process by facilitating the selection of hair, fur, and other fine details in images.

With over 100 filters and effects, users can transform their photos and make them unique. The application also offers 23 blend modes and a powerful photo editor for advanced editing capabilities. Compatible with both transparent PNG and colorful background JPG images, it provides flexibility in choosing the desired format.

Furthermore, the app includes a subscription service called Knockout Plus, which provides access to new weekly image updates. The subscription options include $2.99 USD per week, $3.99 USD per month, and $19.99 USD per year. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription allows you to color all available images for the duration of the subscription period. Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it will automatically renew at the same price and duration. Subscriptions can be managed through your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
